Members who violate this rule will have access denied.

2025/26 HOA FEES: $420.00 Due Date: Dec 31, 2025

UNPAID accounts have been referred to COLLECTIONS. Key fob access is suspended for unpaid accounts.

CONSTRUCTION SEASON

Please stay AWAY from machinery and equipment and obey any fence or security notice. Construction will continue this year.

VANDALISM/ CRIME

DUE to VANDALISM/CRIME, access to the Park via the SouthEast gate is limited. Members may use the SouthWEST gate to access the grounds. The matter has been turned over to law enforcement.

LANDSCAPING

& RENOVATIONS

• DO NOT remove or destroy the tree on your Front/ Public yard without permission.
• Missing, dead, or damaged trees must be replaced per the HOA Guidelines/ City Development & Zoning Bylaw (2016)

• Members must ensure that their landscape complies with all municipal Bylaws.
• The Association cannot be held responsible for bylaw enforcement against a Member for damage or failure to comply.
