• Effective Monday March 16 the Outdoor Ice Rink will be CLOSED for the season.
• Skate at your own risk.
• No further flooding or maintenance will be performed this season

2025/26 HOA FEES: $420.00 Due Date: Dec 31, 2025

Accounts that remain UNPAID after March 31, 2026 will be referred to COLLECTIONS.

VANDALISM/ CRIME

SEPT 11, 2025: DUE to VANDALISM/CRIME, access to the Park via the SouthEast gate is limited. Members may use the SouthWEST gate to access the grounds. The matter has been turned over to law enforcement.

LANDSCAPING & RENOVATIONS

• DO NOT remove or destroy the tree on your Front/ Public yard without permission.
• Missing, dead, or damaged trees must be replaced per the HOA Guidelines/ City Development & Zoning Bylaw (2016) See: https://www.edmonton.ca/city_government/bylaws/tree-and-plant-complaints
• Members must ensure that their landscape complies with all municipal Bylaws.
• The Association cannot be held responsible for bylaw enforcement against a Member for damage or failure to comply.
