Construction on NORTH end of HOA Parking lot, East of Parking lot and along fence lines will continue this year. Please do not block fences, roadways and gates on North end of parking lot.

Accounts that remain UNPAID after March 31, 2026 will be referred to COLLECTIONS.

VANDALISM/ CRIME

SEPT 11, 2025: DUE to VANDALISM/CRIME, access to the Park via the SouthEast gate is limited. Members may use the SouthWEST gate to access the grounds. The matter has been turned over to law enforcement.

& RENOVATIONS

• DO NOT remove or destroy the tree on your Front/ Public yard without permission.
• Missing, dead, or damaged trees must be replaced per the HOA Guidelines/ City Development & Zoning Bylaw (2016)
