SAFETY & SECURITY at the HOA

MEETING: Tuesday Sept 10, 2024 6:30PM – HOA Clubhouse

Vandalism at the HOA costs members over $30K per year. Volunteers and concerned members who wish to discuss formation of a safety/ security patrol to address safety and damage to the amenities and grounds are sought. Come and meet with your neighbours to develop a plan of action. 

Meet in the Clubhouse area around 630PM. HOA mgt will be in attendance. 

SPRAY PARK

REMINDER

NO BALLOONS may be used in or around the Spray Park – due to the damage caused by rubber balloons plugging the filtration sytem.

CLOSE THE GATES

  •  9:00am- 9:00pm daily
  • Pool Diapers or Bathing Suits MUST be worn
  • NO BALLOONS
  • No glass
  • No pets
  • No food in water area
FOB TROUBLE?

1) Park Hours/ Trespass 

  • HOA Grounds are available between 8:00am – 10:00PM daily.

  • After hours.-the gates and readers are locked and armed

  • Unauthorized access by fob or by entry thru  or over closed gates and fences is Trespass. Fobs used outside Park Hours are automatically suspended.

  • TO reactivate a fob we must verify your identity (with Photo ID), Proof of Residency,payment of damage or alarm call fees (if any), and compliance with the Rules.

2) Non-Payment

  • Members with fees in arrears or in collections may have their fob access privileges suspended.

3) Dormant / Outdated

  • Fobs not used in several months are automatically deactivated.

  • Photo ID and proof of residence are required to verify and reactivate fobs. Tenants must supply proof of Tenancy – such as a lease.

*HOA management reserves the right to close or evacuate the rink or amenities at any time.
