Why: To enable excavation work near the Rink and North end of the Spray Park
Clubhouse access will not be available, potable water supply may not be functional, Spray Park will not be available.
Large machinery + open excavation on site. Do not enter the site.
Expected completion: June 30
Further closures may be required.

VANDALISM/ CRIME

DUE to VANDALISM/CRIME, access to the Park via the SouthEast gate is limited. Members may use the SouthWEST gate to access the grounds. The matter has been turned over to law enforcement.
LANDSCAPING
& RENOVATIONS
- DO NOT remove or destroy the tree on your Front/ Public yard without permission.
- Missing, dead, or damaged trees must be replaced per the HOA Guidelines and City Development & Zoning Bylaw (2016)
