VANDALISM/ CRIME

SEPT 11, 2025: DUE to VANDALISM/CRIME, access to the Park via the SouthEast gate is limited. Members may use the SouthWEST gate to access the grounds. The matter has been turned over to law enforcement.
LANDSCAPING
& RENOVATIONS
- DO NOT remove or destroy the tree on your Front/ Public yard without permission.
- Missing, dead, or damaged trees must be replaced per the HOA Guidelines/ City Development & Zoning Bylaw (2016)
