CLOSURE

To preserve the safety of the Members and the HOA amenities (rink, park, buildings) the HOA site will be CLOSED & LOCKED whenever:

1. Outdoor ambient air temperature or windchills is BELOW -20C,

OR

2. When a city of Edmonton Emergency Cold Weather Alert is issued.

SNOW & PARKING

Members may park on the HOA parking lot during a Snow Ban. Lot is open 9:00AM-9PM daily. Overnight parking may be arranged, contact admin@stillwaterhoa.ca to register your vehicle. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed.

SITE & SKATING RINK – HOURS

DAILY: 11:00AM – 9:00PM

• Crews may be on site working after hours. Please make room and leave the area when closed, to allow crews to do their work.
• There may be times when Members “beat” the crews to the grounds, before snow is removed. Members may push and shovel the snow OFF of the rink – with the shovels found on site.
• DO NOT PILE UP SNOW on the rink ice surface. Throw the snow OFF THE ICE, over the boards and into the area NORTH of the rink ONLY.

CAUTION ZONES

Please stay AWAY from machinery and equipment and obey any fence or security notice.

FEES NOTICE

2025/26 HOA FEES: $420.00 

Due Date: Dec 31, 2025

Unpaid accounts from previous years (before 2025) are IN COLLECTIONS.

VANDALISM/ CRIME

SEPT 11, 2025: DUE to VANDALISM/CRIME, access to the Park via the SouthEast gate is closed. Patrons may use the SouthWEST gate to access the grounds. The matter has been turned over to law enforcement.

LANDSCAPING & RENOVATIONS

• DO NOT remove or destroy the tree on your Front/ Public yard without permission.
• Missing, dead, or damaged trees must be replaced per the HOA Guidelines/ City Development & Zoning Bylaw (2016) See: https://www.edmonton.ca/city_government/bylaws/tree-and-plant-complaints
• Members must ensure that their landscape complies with all municipal Bylaws.
• The Association cannot be held responsible for bylaw enforcement against a Member for damage or failure to comply.
