Recent severe weather has damaged many homes in the area.
If you are making repairs to your home you must follow: GUIDELINES
If you wish to change colour, paint, stain, siding you MUST ASK PERMISSION before installation, from the HOA Architectural Commitee.

SOUTH WEST GATE – CLOSED – awaiting repairs due to vandalism, No ETA
JULY 24 – Morning (Scheduled) Spray Park maintenance. GATES LOCKED = NO ACCESS
July 14 Noon-4:00PM (Scheduled) Spray Park repair & maintenance.
July 9 Noon – 3:00PM (scheduled) – Excavation and maintenance of Spray Park and Clubhouse drain lines and sewers. COMPLETED.
July 7 2026 – Vandalism in Women’s clubhouse toilet caused flooding Closure required until cleaning performed and operation restored. COMPLETED.

UNACCOMPANIED CHILDREN are NOT permitted on site, at any time.
Members are responsible for all guests and children that come to the site using their fob.
Members who violate this rule will have access privileges revoked, damages invoiced and may be subject to the Secure HOA Access Policy + deposit.

VANDALISM/ CRIME

DUE to VANDALISM/CRIME, access to the Park via the SouthEast gate was limited. Scan box was revmoved/ destroyed. The matter was turned over to law enforcement.
LANDSCAPING
& RENOVATIONS
- DO NOT remove or destroy the tree on your Front/ Public yard without permission.
- Missing, dead, or damaged trees must be replaced per the HOA Guidelines and City Development & Zoning Bylaw (2016) Installing-and-Maintaining-Landscaping
