Why: To enable excavation work near the North end of the Spray Park

Use the park area at your own risk. Supervise children. Do not play on or near the “Danger” area inside the red safety fence. Obey all signage.

VANDALISM/ CRIME

DUE to VANDALISM/CRIME, access to the Park via the SouthEast gate is limited. Members may use the SouthWEST gate to access the grounds. The matter has been turned over to law enforcement.

& RENOVATIONS

• DO NOT remove or destroy the tree on your Front/ Public yard without permission.
• Missing, dead, or damaged trees must be replaced per the HOA Guidelines and City Development & Zoning Bylaw (2016)
