HOA Fees



1. 2023-24 Annual HOA fees are $400.00 + GST= $420.00 CAD

2. HOA fees are billed for the FISCAL YEAR: June 1 – May 31 annually

3. Invoices for the Annual Fees are posted to Member accounts. No physical copy will be mailed. 

4. HOA is a paper free environment.   Printed paper documents are NOT  provided nor sent. Members who wish for physical, paper copies mailed to them may choose to subscribe to this service.  A fee of $25.00/ year applies to offset the postage, labour and administrative cost of this option 

Please ensure that your contact details are up to date. 


1. Members may pay their fees by:

  • eTransfer directly to admin@stillwaterhoa.ca – kindly include your ADDRESS in the message line. Receipts are emailed in batches, approximately every 2 weeks.
  • Cheque or Bank Draft to: “Stillwater Homeowners Association” – dropped at the HOA office (in the silver slot on the office door – inside the clubhouse)  DO NOT MAIL your payment. 
  • Cash, debit or credit card transactions cannot be processed thru the website or the office.
  • There is NO PAYMENT PROCESSING function linked to Your Account on the HOA website. This feature has been discontinued for cost and security reasons. 
  • Prepayment of your 2023-24 HOA fees IS permitted – without an invoice. Follow the same method described above. Put your address in the message or subject line. 

2. Installment payments are permitted – see the methods indicated above. Please let us know the address you are paying for in the message line. 

3. Keep your proof of payment. Complimentary paper copy of receipts are not issued.  

4. Interest may be charged on overdue accounts in arrears beyond 90= days. Accounts that remain unpaid may be referred to collections or have their member privileges suspended. 


1. Members who are selling their home and who require a manually generated invoice or Statement may obtain one at a cost of $50.00. Instruct your solicitor to contact the HOA well in advance of your closing date. 

2. Electronic Statements of Account are complimentary.

3. Printed paper receipts/invoice are not issued. 

4. Accounts that are in arrears/ collections/ foreclosure will have interest and costs added to the amounts due.
