HOA Fees

2025/26 Annual HOA fees are:

$400.00 + GST= $420.00 CAD, a ZERO (0 %) increase.

• HOA is a Paper Free environment. NO PHYSICAL INVOICE is mailed. eBills are a convenient paperless billing solution that makes viewing simple and hassle-free. No more paper bills to receive in the mail.  And best of all – it’s FREE.
• ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT SERVICE: Members who wish for physical, paper copies of their bill them may choose this service at a rate of $30.00/ year to offset the postage, labour and administrative cost of this option.

PAYMENT

Members may pay their fees by:

• eTransfer directly to admin@stillwaterhoa.ca – kindly include your ADDRESS in the message line. Receipts are emailed in batches, approximately every 2 weeks.
• Cheque or Bank Draft to: “Stillwater Homeowners Association” – dropped at the HOA office (in the silver slot on the office door – inside the clubhouse)  DO NOT MAIL your payment.
• INSTALLMENT PAYMENT PROGRAM on the following schedule:

#1 -$150.00 by November 30, 2025,

#2 – $150.00 by Dec 31, 2025

#3 $150.00 by January 30, 2026

• Accounts that are current and in Good Standing may choose installment payments by making the first $150.00 payment on time.
• A $30.00 administrative fees applies to offset the cost of processing (included in the calculation presented above).
• Contact the administrator directly to enroll in the installment program, if desired.

Keep your bank proof of payment. Paper receipts are not issued.  Records of payments are available in Member’s secure online account. You may download, save or print any document in your account.

Accounts that remain unpaid may be referred to collections and have their member privileges suspended.

SPECIAL SITUATIONS

Members who are selling their home and who require a manually generated invoice or Statement may obtain one at a cost of $50.00. Instruct your solicitor to contact the HOA well in advance of your closing date.
