Hosted Events POLICY

• In 2025 the Association had to take the extraordinary step of engaging security patrols to ensure the safety and security of our personnel and amenities. As such, it is unfair to the Membership to be expected to pay for patrols required for an individual hosted event on the site.
• Association management may exercise discretion to permit or deny any event.
• UNauthorized larger parties are not permitted. Members who conduct an unauthorized event will be invoiced for the entire cost of security and cleaning at 1.5x (holiday rate) AND subject to a fine, fee, deposit or other response as determined by Association management.
• Security patrols or law enforcement may be dispatched to clear unauthorized events or trespassers on the site.
• The Association may engage a security or other appropriate measure for the duration of an authorized event at the sole cost of the Host Member.
• Sponsorship of authorized events may be possible. Association Management will be pleased to consult with you about the event you are considering.
