Membership

Stillwater Home Owners Association is for the exclusive use of the members of Mattay Homes – Stillwater. Membership in the Association is automatic and mandatory with the purchase of a home in Stillwater.

The payment of an Annual Membership Fee Levy is secured by an Encumbrance (subject to upward adjustment for inflation) registered on the title of each member’s property.

*The Encumbrance amount for each property is $500.00 per year and is subject to an annual adjustment by percentage increase, if any, and GST

Annual fees for 2025/26 (including GST): $420.00. 

Management of the Association is through the management agreement between the Stillwater Homeowners’ Association and Mattamy Homes.

Collections Procedure

INTEREST& PENALTIES

• Invoices are due on Receipt. Interest is applied to all outstanding accounts +91 Days overdue.
• Outstanding accounts have key fob access suspended.
• Unpaid accounts in arrears (91+ days) are placed with Field Law LLP, for collections.

ARREARS PAYMENTS:

• All payments and communication regarding collection of arrears is done directly between the homeowner and Field Law LLP.
• Legal costs associated with the collection of fees are set by Field Law LLP. Stillwater HOA cannot waive or credit the Homeowner for legal fees.
