Stillwater Home Owners Association is designed and built for the exclusive use of the members of Stillwater. Membership in the Stillwater Home Owners Association is automatic and mandatory with the purchase of a home in Stillwater. Every owner or lessee and their family (spouse and children) in Stillwater is considered a member of the Stillwater Home Owners Association.

The payment of fees, which is reviewed and established annually, is secured by an Encumbrance (subject to upward adjustment for inflation) registered on the title of each member’s property. The operation of Stillwater Home Owners Association, is administered through the management agreement between the HOA and Mattamy Homes. The HOA Board of Directors is currently composed of three directors from Mattamy Homes. 

Annual fees for 2023-24 (including GST) are $400.00. 

*The Encumbrance amount for each property is $500.00 per year and is subject to an annual adjustment by percentage increase, if any, and GST

Collection Procedure


Interest is applied to all outstanding accounts (5% per annum in excess of the prime rate of interest). Interest will be applied on the 15th business day of each month. Outstanding accounts will be suspended with no access to the park amenities at this time.


After 90 days in arrears a Final Notice of required payments will be issued to all outstanding accounts.


Unpaid accounts over (91+ days) are handed over to Stillwater Home Owners Association’s legal counsel, Field Law LLP, for collections.

Collections Payments:

Payments are no longer accepted by Stillwater Home Owners Association. All payments and communication regarding collection of fees is done directly between the homeowner and Field Law LLP.

Legal costs association with the collection of fees, as determined by Field Law LLP, will be charged back to the homeowner.
